My Tesla Powerwall has performed exceptionally well to date and has allowed me the benefit of utilizing stored solar power after the sun goes down. Additionally the peace of mind about having power backup during power grid failures is marvelous.

During the year the energy stored is used during the evening and I still send energy to the grid. When there is severe weather the energy credits I receive from the grid offset the energy needed from the grid and I still have enough stored to assist me should I lose grid power. It is great! I haven’t paid for energy from the grid for over a year. I Love being energy independent

My Powerwall saves me the frustration of seeing my Solar-generated power being sold back to the electric company at ⅕ of what I pay them for what little I do have to buy. I’ll be buying another Powerwall to increase the amount in paying myself.
